Your experience includes the station, selected menu, ingredients, toppings, cups and utensils, professional staff, setup, service, cleanup, and the signature Surprise Bubble.
03How early do you arrive?+
Our team typically arrives before service to allow time for access, setup, power, and final preparation. Exact arrival time depends on the station and venue.
04What power is required?+
Live equipment requires dedicated power. We confirm the exact outlet and circuit requirements with you before the event so the venue can prepare.
05Can the stations be outdoors?+
Yes, with the right conditions. In warm Las Vegas weather, equipment must be fully shaded. The Bubble works best indoors or in a protected area because wind affects it.
06How much space do you need?+
Space depends on the station. We review cart access, doorways, surface conditions, service area, and guest flow before the event.
07Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options?+
Gluten-free crêpe batter is available by request. Please share dietary needs before booking so we can explain the available options and service process.
08Can guests roll their own ice cream?+
Yes. When event timing and guest flow allow, our team helps guests take part in rolling their own dessert.
09What is the Surprise Bubble?+
We use a premium, food-grade edible bubble solution created especially for cocktails, food, and dessert presentations. The bubble is filled with smoke and lowered over the finished dessert, creating an unforgettable photo and video moment before it bursts.
10Where do you travel?+
Our main service area includes Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin. Share the venue address and we’ll confirm availability and any travel fee.
11How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend reaching out as soon as your event date is set, especially for weekends, weddings, and large celebrations. Popular dates can book months ahead, but we’re always happy to check availability for last-minute events.
12Do you offer delivery?+
Yes. Prepared rolled ice cream delivery starts with a minimum order of 30 cups for $300. Delivery fees and applicable taxes are additional.
13How do payments and deposits work?+
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves the event date. The remaining balance and payment details are confirmed with your proposal.
14What should I know about outdoor service?+
Full shade is required during warm weather. Wind can affect the Surprise Bubble, so the best results are indoors or in a protected area.
15How do I reserve my date?+
Send the event date, location, guest count, station choice, and preferred service time. We’ll confirm availability and recommend the right package.
